Privacy Policy for LifeArc Effective Date: August 16, 2026 Last Updated: August 22, 2026

  1. Introduction This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you download, install, purchase, access, or use the LifeArc: Age & Goal Tracker mobile application (“LifeArc” or the “App”). LifeArc is developed and provided by an individual developer operating under the developer name PR Innovations (“Developer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). PR Innovations is a developer name or brand used by the individual Developer. It is not represented as an incorporated company or separate legal entity. By using LifeArc, you acknowledge the information-handling practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, do not use the App.
  2. Intended Users LifeArc is intended for adults who are at least 18 years old. An adult user may create and manage locally stored profiles for family members, children, babies, spouses, or other people where the adult has the necessary permission or legal authority. LifeArc is not directed to children for independent use. Children may not independently purchase subscriptions or knowingly provide personal information directly to the Developer.
  3. Information Stored on Your Device LifeArc is designed primarily as a local-first application. Most information entered into or generated by LifeArc is stored in the App’s local database or storage on your device. Depending on the features you use, this information may include: • Names, nicknames, and birthdates; • Family, baby, child, spouse, or other profiles; • Goals, deadlines, milestones, check-ins, streaks, and progress; • History Vault entries and achievements; • Bucket List entries; • Time Capsule entries; • Notes and other information you choose to enter; • Notification, widget, appearance, sharing, and application preferences; • Optional photographs, initials, icons, and generated share cards; • Locally generated statistics, reports, analytics, calculations, and estimates; and • Other content you voluntarily create or enter. The current version of LifeArc does not operate a LifeArc cloud database for this personal content. The Developer does not automatically receive or have access to personal profiles, goals, photographs, History Vault entries, Bucket List entries, Time Capsule entries, check-ins, notes, or other personal content that remains only on your device. The Developer does not sell personal information to advertisers or data brokers.
  4. Profiles for Other People LifeArc allows an adult user to enter and manage information concerning another person, including a family member, child, baby, spouse, or other individual. By entering information about another person, you confirm that: • You have permission or legal authority to enter and manage that information; • Your entry and use of that information comply with applicable law; • You will not use LifeArc to unlawfully monitor, impersonate, harass, threaten, or harm another person; and • If the profile concerns a child, you are the child’s parent, legal guardian, or another properly authorized adult. The Developer does not verify the relationship between a user and a person represented in a locally stored profile. You are solely responsible for confirming that you have the legal authority and necessary permission to enter and manage another person’s information. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer is not responsible for information entered without permission or for any disagreement, claim, loss, privacy issue, or harm resulting from a user entering, managing, or sharing another person’s information.
  5. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Third-Party Processing Most personal content entered into LifeArc remains on your device. However, purchase and subscription-related information is transmitted to and processed by third-party services so purchases can be completed, verified, recognized, and used to provide Premium access. LifeArc uses: • Google Play and Google Play Billing, which process purchases, payments, free trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds; and • RevenueCat, which processes purchase and subscription information to verify transactions, manage Premium entitlements, prevent subscription fraud, provide subscription functionality, and generate subscription-related analytics. Depending on your transaction and the configuration of these services, information processed may include: • A randomly generated or pseudonymous RevenueCat App User ID; • Product, subscription, purchase, transaction, and entitlement identifiers; • Google Play purchase tokens; • Purchase, trial, renewal, cancellation, expiration, billing-issue, and refund status; • Transaction dates and subscription periods; • Application version and platform information; • Limited device and operating-system information; • Locale, country, and currency information where available; and • Other limited technical information necessary to operate, verify, secure, and support subscription functionality. If the Developer does not provide RevenueCat with a custom user identifier, RevenueCat may generate a random anonymous App User ID. The Developer may access limited subscription records through Google Play Console or the RevenueCat dashboard when reasonably necessary to: • Verify or recognize Premium access; • Respond to subscription-support requests; • Investigate purchase problems; • Prevent fraud or misuse; • Review subscription performance; or • Comply with legal obligations. The Developer does not directly receive or store your complete credit-card number, bank-account credentials, Google account password, or other complete payment credentials. Google Play and RevenueCat process information under their own terms, systems, and privacy policies. Their retention, security, international-processing, access, correction, and deletion practices may differ from the Developer’s practices. The Developer does not control the independent actions, security practices, billing decisions, refund decisions, service availability, or legal compliance of Google Play, RevenueCat, banks, payment providers, or other third parties. Nothing in this Privacy Policy limits any responsibility or legal remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
  6. Restore Purchases LifeArc may provide a Restore Purchases function. Restore Purchases allows LifeArc to ask Google Play and RevenueCat to recognize a previous eligible subscription or purchase and restore the associated Premium entitlement where reasonably possible. Restore Purchases does not restore: • Profiles; • Goals; • Check-ins; • Streaks; • History Vault entries; • Bucket List entries; • Time Capsule entries; • Photographs; • Settings; or • Other content stored locally within LifeArc. Purchase recognition may fail or be delayed because of account differences, network problems, third-party service availability, purchase status, RevenueCat configuration, Google Play restrictions, or other technical conditions.
  7. Support Communications If you contact the Developer by email, the Developer may receive: • Your email address; • Your name, if included in your email account or message; • The contents of your message; • Technical or subscription information you voluntarily provide; and • Screenshots, files, or other attachments you voluntarily provide. The Developer may use this information to: • Respond to your request; • Provide support; • Investigate technical or subscription issues; • Verify or recognize Premium access where reasonably possible; • Prevent fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity; • Maintain appropriate support records; • Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; and • Comply with applicable legal obligations. Do not send the Developer: • Your Google account password; • Complete payment-card or bank-account credentials; • Sensitive photographs; • Medical or health information; • Private information about another person; or • Other sensitive personal information unless it is strictly necessary for your request. You are responsible for reviewing and removing unnecessary personal information before sending an email or attachment. The Developer is not responsible for sensitive information you voluntarily send when it was not requested or necessary.
  8. Photographs, Time Capsule Content, and Sharing If you select a photograph, create a Time Capsule entry, generate a share card, or use another sharing feature, LifeArc processes that content on your device. The Developer does not automatically receive your photographs, Time Capsule content, share cards, or the personal information contained in them. You are solely responsible for: • Reviewing content before sharing it; • Confirming that you have permission to use or share information concerning another person; • Selecting appropriate recipients and services; • Preventing unauthorized access; • Confirming that shared information is accurate and appropriate; • Protecting the privacy of children and other people represented in the content; and • Deleting generated or shared content from your device or third-party services when it is no longer required. If you share content through another application or service—including a messaging application, email provider, social network, cloud-storage provider, or file-sharing service—that third party’s terms and privacy practices apply. Once content is shared, the Developer has no control over how another person, application, platform, device, or service stores, uses, copies, modifies, publishes, distributes, or discloses it. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer is not responsible for claims, losses, privacy violations, copyright issues, relationship disputes, disclosures, or other consequences arising from content you choose to create or share.
  9. Local Data and Data Loss Because LifeArc primarily stores personal content locally, information may be permanently lost if you: • Uninstall LifeArc; • Clear the App’s storage or data; • Delete information within the App; • Lose, damage, replace, or reset your device; • Experience device, storage, operating-system, or software failure; • Install an incompatible App or operating-system version; • Allow another person or application to access, modify, or delete the App’s information; • Experience malware or unauthorized access; or • Encounter an App defect, storage error, or device incompatibility. The Developer cannot access or recover information that exists only on your device. The Developer does not guarantee that locally stored information can be preserved, transferred, reconstructed, recovered, or made compatible with another device, operating system, or future version of LifeArc. You are responsible for keeping separate records of information you cannot afford to lose. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer is not responsible for data loss, corruption, incompatibility, unauthorized access, or other loss resulting from your use of LifeArc.
  10. Notifications, Widgets, Reports, and Calculations LifeArc may generate notifications, home-screen widget information, analytics, weekly reports, age calculations, life-progress statistics, milestones, goal information, and other estimates. Notifications may be delayed, blocked, duplicated, incorrectly scheduled, or not delivered because of: • Device settings; • Missing permissions; • Battery optimization; • Time-zone changes; • Incorrect device date or time; • Android restrictions; • Device-manufacturer restrictions; • Application closure; • Device restart; • Software errors; • Storage problems; or • Other circumstances outside the Developer’s reasonable control. Home-screen widgets may display delayed, cached, incomplete, or outdated information. Widgets may update periodically rather than every second and may depend on Android, device-manufacturer restrictions, battery settings, background-execution limits, and whether LifeArc has recently been opened. Age counters, deadlines, life progress, fun facts, milestones, streaks, reports, analytics, baby-related estimates, and similar information may contain assumptions, inaccuracies, delays, rounding differences, or errors. This information is generated primarily on your device and is not automatically transmitted to the Developer. You should independently verify important information before relying on it.
  11. Retention of Information Personal profiles, goals, check-ins, photographs, History Vault entries, Bucket List entries, Time Capsule entries, and similar content stored only on your device remain there until: • You delete them; • You clear the App’s storage; • You uninstall LifeArc; • Your device removes the information; • The information becomes inaccessible or corrupted; or • The information is otherwise lost or removed. The Developer may retain support communications only for as long as reasonably necessary to: • Respond to the request; • Investigate and resolve problems; • Maintain appropriate records; • Prevent fraud or abuse; • Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; and • Comply with legal obligations. Purchase and transaction information may be retained by Google Play and RevenueCat according to their policies, legitimate business purposes, and legal obligations. The Developer may retain limited records where reasonably necessary for accounting, taxation, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, enforcement of agreements, or legal compliance.
  12. Deleting Information You may delete locally stored LifeArc information by: • Deleting individual profiles, goals, entries, photographs, or other content within the App; • Using an available Clear All Data feature; • Clearing LifeArc’s storage through Android settings; or • Uninstalling LifeArc. Uninstalling LifeArc does not: • Cancel an active Google Play subscription; • Delete content you previously shared; • Delete images or files saved outside the App; • Delete email communications already sent to the Developer; • Delete transaction records maintained by Google Play; or • Automatically delete subscription records processed by RevenueCat. To request deletion of support information or subscription-related information that the Developer can reasonably identify and control, contact: [email protected] Your request should include sufficient information to locate the relevant record. This may include: • Your RevenueCat App User ID; • Google Play order information; • Purchase date; • Product name; or • Other relevant transaction information. Do not send your Google account password, complete payment-card number, or bank-account credentials. Certain information may be retained where required or permitted for: • Legal compliance; • Taxation or accounting; • Fraud prevention; • Security; • Chargeback or payment disputes; • Establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims; or • Enforcement of applicable agreements. The current version of LifeArc does not create a separate LifeArc user account. Deleting local information or uninstalling LifeArc does not delete your Google account or Google Play transaction history.
  13. Your Privacy Rights Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights concerning personal information held by the Developer, including rights to: • Request access; • Request correction; • Request deletion; • Request information about processing; • Object to or restrict certain processing; • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; • Request a portable copy where applicable; and • Complain to an applicable data-protection or consumer-protection authority. Most LifeArc personal content is stored only on your device. The Developer may therefore not possess, access, identify, retrieve, correct, recover, or delete that content. You can generally control locally stored information directly within LifeArc or through Android settings. Privacy requests may be sent to: [email protected] Additional information, such as your RevenueCat App User ID or relevant transaction information, may be required to locate the record and reasonably verify your request. The Developer will not request your Google account password, complete payment-card number, or bank-account credentials to process a privacy request.
  14. Security LifeArc uses Android application storage and safeguards available through the device and operating system to help protect locally stored information. The security of locally stored information also depends on factors outside the Developer’s control, including: • Your device’s screen lock; • Your authentication settings; • Operating-system security; • Application permissions; • Malware or unauthorized applications; • Physical access to your device; • Your handling of photographs and shared content; and • The security of applications and services through which you share content. Information transmitted to Google Play and RevenueCat is handled through their respective systems and security practices. No application, device, transmission method, database, or electronic-storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your device, Google account, credentials, locally stored information, and content you choose to share. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer is not responsible for unauthorized access, device compromise, third-party security incidents, lost credentials, malware, or disclosure caused by your device, account, applications, conduct, or third-party services.
  15. International Processing Google Play and RevenueCat may process information using systems, service providers, or infrastructure located outside your state or country. Those services are responsible for using their own applicable mechanisms and safeguards for international processing and transfers. By using purchase or subscription functionality, information may be processed in countries whose privacy laws differ from those where you live. The Developer does not independently control the locations, infrastructure, or international-transfer practices used by Google Play or RevenueCat.
  16. Advertising and Sale of Personal Information At the date of this Privacy Policy, LifeArc does not use personal content entered into the App for targeted advertising. The Developer does not sell personal profiles, goals, photographs, History Vault entries, Bucket List entries, Time Capsule entries, check-ins, notes, or other personal content stored locally on your device. LifeArc does not transmit locally stored personal content to advertising companies or data brokers. If advertising, cloud synchronization, user accounts, additional analytics services, crash-reporting services, or other data-collection services are introduced in a future version, this Privacy Policy will be updated where required by applicable law.
  17. Children’s Information LifeArc is not intended for independent use by children. Child and baby profiles must be created and managed by a parent, legal guardian, or another authorized adult. The Developer does not knowingly request that a child directly provide personal information through a LifeArc account because the current version of LifeArc does not provide separate LifeArc user accounts. An adult who creates a child or baby profile is responsible for: • Having the necessary permission or legal authority; • Protecting the child’s privacy; • Using appropriate photographs and information; • Reviewing information before sharing it; and • Avoiding the inclusion or disclosure of unnecessary sensitive information. If you believe a child has directly provided personal information to the Developer without appropriate authorization, contact: [email protected] The Developer will review the request and take appropriate action where reasonably possible and legally required.
  18. Third-Party Services LifeArc may rely on or interact with: • Google Play; • Google Play Billing; • RevenueCat; • Android operating-system and widget services; and • Applications or services selected by you for sharing content. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer is not responsible for a third party’s: • Data practices; • Security; • Availability; • Retention practices; • Deletion decisions; • International transfers; • Billing decisions; • Refund decisions; • Errors; • Service interruptions; • Actions or omissions; or • Legal compliance. Nothing in this section excludes responsibility or a legal remedy that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
  19. No Guarantee Regarding Privacy or Data Recovery The Developer does not guarantee that: • LifeArc will be free from security vulnerabilities; • Locally stored information will never be lost; • Deleted information can be recovered; • Locally stored content can be transferred to another device; • Third-party services will remain secure or available; • Unauthorized persons will never gain access to a device or shared file; or • Every privacy or deletion request can be completed where the Developer does not possess or control the relevant information. You use LifeArc and store information on your device at your own discretion and risk. Nothing in this section restricts any privacy, consumer, or other legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
